The Gift of Giving
The company invites small business owners and other aspiring Web site users to enter to win a professionally designed Web site. Each week, Register.com will select among submitted entries and professionally design a Web site, valued at $250, for one lucky entrant. Drawings for the winners of the professionally designed Web sites will be held on Fridays during December at 12 p.m. EST. Additionally, beginning December 6th and lasting until Dec. 23rd, each weekday three randomly selected email addresses will win: one years registration of either a .com, .net, .info, .org, .us, or .biz domain name (subject to availability) valued at $35, plus a 5-page do-it-yourself Web site for a year valued at $59. Names will be selected randomly at 12 p.m. EST each day.
Rules for Eligibility
To be considered for daily and weekly prizes, entrants must provide a valid email address. All entry forms must be completed online at www.registerwithsanta.com, where rules for eligibility are posted.
Register.com is bestowing the gift of the Web this season based its own recently commissioned survey that found 47 percent of U.S. adults have taken initial steps toward starting their own businesses or supplementing their incomes; 31 percent of U.S. adults have crafted business ideas; and 24 percent have at least researched their ideas online.
