These templates range in both design and layout with the top templates grouped for easy viewing. Along with templates, Free Layouts.com also offers code generators for making topbars, navbars, tooltips, drop-down menus, and more. Articles and design tutorials abound, making Free Layouts.com a good place to go for selecting and designing a Web site.
For the service they provide to Web Developers and the Internet community, Free Layouts.com gets an Editors' Choice Award for January 2004.

The selection, testing and evaluation process we currently use is so drastically different than any we have used in the past that all other Editors' Choice awards are no longer recognized by our company or our affiliates. If you see an Editors' Choice award on a site, check it against the Editors' Choice winners we currently list online from April 2002 to present. If that award is not listed then it is no longer valid.
