Important Tip
It is important to know that in almost every case we purchase the Web Hosting services we review through a blind account (that is, the Web Host does not know we are testing them so they cannot make our Web Hosting services better than someone elses) and we maintain the Web Host account long enough to monitor all the criteria we need to test, and then continue that Hosting account until we are satisfied that our results are accurate.
The only reason we would not buy the Web Hosting services we test is because we have access to the services through a third party, and can test the services in our same, methodical and unbiased manner.

Verdict: HostCentric has a complete list of hosting solutions that cover nearly every Web Developer need. Their support is excellent, their network and hardware are solid. HostCentric's only flaw is their price tag. Their premium services come at a premium cost. However if price is not an issue, then check out HostCentric.

Verdict: Pair Networks offers some very good virtual hosting solutions. Their E-Commerce and developer packages come at an outstanding value and provide plenty of features. However, Pair Networks comes up a little short when it comes to dedicated solutions. Their support is very good, but we frown on the lack of phone support for virtual hosting clients. All in all, Pair Networks offers many excellent hosting solutions while providing very good connectivity.
