Important Tip
It is important to know that in almost every case we purchase the Web Hosting services we review through a blind account (that is, the Web Host does not know we are testing them so they cannot make our Web Hosting services better than someone elses) and we maintain the Web Host account long enough to monitor all the criteria we need to test, and then continue that Hosting account until we are satisfied that our results are accurate.
The only reason we would not buy the Web Hosting services we test is because we have access to the services through a third party, and can test the services in our same, methodical and unbiased manner.

Verdict: Aplus.Net has been a long time player in Web hosting and have amassed a large customer base. Although they have had a tarnished reputation they have been taking great steps to repair their image with Web developers and have increased the quality of the support they offer. Despite a low industry score, overall, our experience with Aplus.Net was actually quite good. Aplus.Net's new CEO, Gabriel Murphy, brings experience, exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail and a high quality, customer-oriented approach to the company -- We will continue to monitor Aplus.Net and report our results here. Look for their score to improve.

Verdict: Akashik.net offers very good Budget hosting plans with a quality network. We would have preferred to have the option of phone support as well as having a Knowledge Base but we found their support to be fast and consistently much better than average. Akashik.net does not provide a lot of bells and whistles with their Web plans, but they are very highly regarded in the industry for being fair and reliable. When everything is tallied up, Akashik.net is an excellent Budget Web host. Check them out.

Verdict: GoDaddy is a very strong Budget Host. For the most part they provide all of the basics for your hosting needs. They do a lot of things well, but are not exceptional in any one thing other than the amount of data transfer they provide. If you are looking for a solid and stable Budget Host check out GoDaddy.

Addr.com's $14.95 Gold Ecommerce plan is a great Hosting plan that includes powerful Mica support. Overall, Addr.com is a solid Host that you should check out when you are deciding on your next Web Host.
