Superb was founded by Haralds Jass, a Web developer that could no longer tolerate the poor service of his Web Host and believed he could do it faster, better, and be more accommodating to his customer needs. It is this foundation and the devoted adherence to it that makes SuperbHosting.net great. They have won many awards as one of the best in a market shared by thousands.
When last we looked at SuperbHosting.net (December of 2005) our Independent Review Panel was impressed with their competitive pricing, features, guarantee, and their support. We were pleased to learn that our Independant Review Panel reported that they are still maintaining their value and support.

SuperbHosting.net provides toll free phone support 24/7/365 via a 1-888 number. They also provide 24/7 ticket support customer support via the customer control panel. When on hold, before you reach the support department, SuperbHosting.net requests that you take a look at their support FAQs and documentation. Their written support is very good offering searchable FAQs and multiple topics explained in good detail. Emails are answered fairly quickly and the searchable FAQs were rather helpful.
Each Web Hosting package comes with plenty of features with nice pricing. Couple this with their excellent network connectivity and excellent support and you have superb hosting.
